Howdy!

I am the most recent addition to the TYAN team and serve as the project manager. My duty is to help keep the train on the tracks! I assist with planning and preparing events, scheduling meetings, assisting with communications, and any other duties that help maintain the project’s success! I graduated from Texas A&M in 2018 with a B.S. in Animal Science. After, I attended the University of Georgia and completed a masters in Agricultural and Environmental Education. I spent 3 years working as an Agricultural Science teacher, and then began my journey with TYAN in July of 2023. I have thoroughly enjoyed the sense of pride and passion that the TYAN team takes in their work. All of us are just trying to do our part in making the world a little better, and I think we have created an excellent team that we hope others will join!

Outside of work, my next title would be dog mom. I enjoy hanging out with my pups: Fonz, Fes, and Abby; as well as taking care of my backyard poultry flock! I love to travel, try new food, collect plants, and explore coffee shops. Some fun facts about me: my favorite place is the ocean, but I hate seafood. While in graduate school, I spent 3 months in Morocco teaching summer school to students in Rabat. It was an incredibly rewarding experience, which stirred my passion to work in program development! Now, I am looking forward to serving our community here at home!
