GENERATION SERVE
Generation SERVE is an organization built on the guiding principles of trust, collaboration, innovation, inclusion and passion for service. These goals have lead them to create their mission “to engage children in volunteerism and empower them to make a difference in their communities”. Generation SERVE have programs aimed at furthering this mission for ages as young as 5 and as old as 18.
Generation SERVE programs are all centered around teens and they are involved in every aspect of the organization. Over the last 2 years, they have expanded their work with teens to include a revamp of their summer Teen Leadership Program, as well as a centralization of the Teen Advisory Board. They hope to provide a service for teens and young people to grow in their leadership skills and to expand this opportunity to more than the current list of schools they work with. Generation SERVE is in the process of working to expand their programs to Hays and northern counties.

When all generations work together, they learn from each other and gain knowledge and respect for each other. Creativity and problem solving with different generations and point of views can only be a positive learning experience for all.
