Mental health has grown increasingly important among today’s youth. A great way of maintaining positive mental health is to take care of your emotional wellness by keeping your body and mind happy.
EMOTIONAL WELLNESS CHART
We have created a days-of-the-week emotional wellness chart with ways for youth to maintain a healthy mind and body every week. We have included a filled out example you can share with your youth and a blank one to fill out with your youth! Encourage your YAP create their own emotional wellness calendar to help them deal with the stress in their lives.
